Standard shipments leave Ground and will arrive within 1-5 business days of shipment. We ship only to the 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia. We do not ship overseas, to PO Boxes or to certain APO addresses. We try to keep our shipping charges very reasonable for your benefit. The shipping charges are:

New merchandise can be returned at the recipient’s expense within 30 days of shipping for store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted. (We do not refund the original ship charge on items that were originally shipped free of charge as an incentive. They will be credited/refunded minus what the actual ship charge was.) There are no returns or exchanges on shoes or boots. All refund requests will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. For refunds or exchanges, we MUST be contacted first!
